PipeTech is responsible for system commissioning including any needed spare parts to complete the commissioning. It is estimated that 10 continuous and uninterrupted working days are required to complete system commissioning, SAT test and start-up. If, for whatever reason, more than 10 working days is required to complete the 1-point SAT tests, additional charges will be assessed based on daily basis.
